Who's the Pander-Bear?

Who Else But CNN?

So I'm to understand that W's the panderer? It's the Dems who pander to the greed, envy, and indolence in this country, not the elephants. Who's truly greedy, those who want to keep their own money or those who want to take others'? I cannot believe this article. The author thinks that since he wants things done that he cannot do himself, that it is the government's duty to confiscate the funds necessary to provide the ends. He also states something to the effect that the government should be engaged in making the country prosper. IT'S NOT THE GOVERNMENT'S PROPER ROLE TO DO THAT!

Libs hate it when Federal intrusion retracts because it necessarily frees the populous to relieve themselves of the yoke of dependency. Can't have that because when the people are dependent (as human dignity requires) you can't buy their votes with promises to provide ineptly managed federal programs. Democrats: Asses, all of them.

Teuhraezah Heinz Kerry: Financier of the Radical Left

Even if John Pierre Kerry can overcome those exciting allegations of diddling little girls, his histpry of incessant waffling and hypocracy, and TEUHRAEZAH doesn't either maim Him or sink him with her own maniacal gifting, W's still going to kick his butt.

Learn the Law!!!!!!!!!!

Hollywood Morons

Non-governmental organs such as ABC may properly censor material in its broadcast. I may properly censor my child's speech. I may even properly censor my neighbor's speech although my methods might cause an action to lie in tort. But no action for improper infringment upon the right of free speech can be legally or logically maintained against a private citizen or entity. The 1st Amendment does not guarantee your right against private infringement. The End. Now shut up.

Modern Religion

Ananova - Amazon study finds natural brake on global warming

I like this story as it is illustrative of the human need for faith. Faith in God, faith in Darwinism, faith in global warming, etc..... No facts, full of illogical consistency and yet the masses congregate around the alters.

While it's sad to see some uneducated Christian apologist engaged in a good ole' fashioned Lincoln-Douglas cage match with a Darwinian "Scientist," it's even sadder, yes, even frightening, to listen to the Darwinist. He's up there defending his religion as factual in exactly the same way as the Christian hick. The scientific community's acceptance of the macro-evolutionary model is shameful. They know better but even athiestic scientists need religion. For shame!

Darwinism is the modern equivalent of 14th century inquisitorial catholicism: Illogical, steeped in mystery and intolerance and resting on the shaky foundation of faith. One day we will look back on society's acceptance of Darwin's model to explain macro-evolutionary change and see it for the faith based religion that it truly is.

Boortz is copying me: He's pretty smart.

Nealz Nuze:

"Can Kerry win? Sadly, he can. And why? Because terrorism and our national security is no longer the most important thing on voter's minds. We're told that voters are more concerned over jobs and the economy. The economy is fine .. and those people who are concerned about jobs are simply the individuals who made some wrong choices in their educational endeavors and the development of their job skills. Guess what? There aren't many Conestoga wagon dealerships in the 'burbs any more, and when was the last time you saw a help-wanted ad for a blacksmith? "

"Finding and keeping jobs are like investing in real estate. If you buy a piece of dirt that nobody particularly wants, you're going to lose money. If you develop a job skill that nobody particularly wants ... evidently you're going to end up whining about it and looking for a Democrat to vote for. These people are going to jeopardize the security of our nation and our very lives by voting for a candidate who will help them cover up or their own mistakes rather than voting for the candidate who will protect our shores."

Illogical Rantings from the Left

I read today, a post by a left-leaning friend of mine (he mightn't say the same for me but I do him a disservice in saying that as he has often surprised me with his grace). Okay, while he is a fine man, he is not left- leaning, he's as rabidly left tilted as I came to know that one could become.

Anyway, the whine was about jobs and how the Administration should be faulted for not having created more of them. The Bush team should be further ashamed for their claiming that the rush of white collar and more importantly, manufacturing jobs offshore is a transformation that will be painful for now, but will make America stronger in the future. It's true......what Bush says.

Here's why: Earlier in this series of rants I explained how there are no more wheelwrights and blacksmiths. This is because their skills were no longer necessary as their products were superceded by new and improved factory-made products. What these now unemployed wheelwrights and blacksmiths did was they got new jobs making or selling something that people wanted to pay for. Flash-forward to today. We still have factory workers creating things here in the US. Due to our high standard of living and outrageously high wages due in large part to weak corporate management and strong extortionists called unions, US made products (factory products in particular) are not priced effectively. They are too damned expensive.

Couple of points to remember. 1) This great country was not based on the idea that the government should either create or protect your job. It is your duty to procure a job that pays you for producing something of worth. 2) No one is restricting these "factory workers" form getting new jobs. The problem is that they want to keep wrighting wheel and hammering piglets. 3) Making these whiners go out there and learn a new skill (by refusing to enact protectionist trade laws or restricting offshoring) WILL benefit the country in that we will gain new skilled labor: labor that knows that they must always be competing.

Good grief!!! How can it be argued that YOUR failure to keep competitive is the government's fault. Where has the logic gone....long time passing.

Oh yeah. Almost forgot. Part of the reason we're here in the first place is summed nicely in the whining. It reads like this: "I don't have a job NOW and I want one NOW!" Law degree: 3 years, Medical Degree: 4 years + an eternity working as a resident slave. It takes time to learn skills. These unemployed sissies are like children who want it now. Well, you cannot have it. You must earn it.

As a side note, if we want to blame corporate America, then I'm on board too. Here's why: If those management types in the manufacturing world had just once stood up to you union goons and kept your wages in line with what the market would bear, then you might still have a job. So there. Corporate America is evil because it spoiled you little children workers rotten, failed to imbue you with any sense of personal responsibility and kept telling you it would be fine if you forgot your manners, acted rude, and failed your classes. Well, they lied to you and you bought it because you're selfish.

Dean Now Says Wisconsin Loss Wouldn't End His Campaign

"Acknowledging that it was an "obvious contradiction" from his fund-raising e-mail message to supporters last week saying he would be "out of the race" unless he won Wisconsin, Dr. Dean said supporters urging him in recent days not to quit had persuaded him to stay for the long haul."

What a liar! If I don't get a win in WI, then I'll have to drop out of the race so send me some cash you Deanie Babies! Okay, thanks for the $1.1 million and for urging me to stay in the race...I'll do just that. So send me some more cash.

Sounds like Hitlary on her "listening tour." The people of NY wanted me to run!

No Wonder the Libs Put Their Snooty Noses in the Air about Conservative "Journalism"

Dumb Articlce: Funny Quotes:

"Feelings and compassion, not logic and reason or concern for preserving higher civilization, are what make us liberals."

AND

"When you are more enlightened and more compassionate than others, you recognize the limitations of democracy, and you make the world better in any way you can."

Comments Feature!!!!!!!!

Alrighty now! The coments feature is now active. Leave your email.....don't leave your email. I don't care, it's your choice.

The Real Kerry

Please Nominate this Man!! Kerry, not Dean

JFKerry: As fake as the rest of the Democrats that now inhabit the true party of racism and divisive politics. (More on that to come).

Pro Gun Rant (1)

Philadelphia Inquirer | 08/01/2003 | Anti-Gun Bias in the Media?

Here's an interesting story by the fantastically logical John Lott. It further illustrates one of my long held convictions about leftists in general: Leftists ignore the truth in order to bolster their policy agenda. The important question is why one would need to lie to effect one's policy goals if said goals are so laudable? The leftist agenda is about control (control of guns, confiscation of your money and subsequent redistribution for vote buying programs, control of the decrepit education system in America, etc...). All this leftist crap about the rich not paying their fair share and starving poor in the inner city is exactly that: crap. The poor in the US enjoy a higher standard of living than most "non-poor" in western Europe and interestingly, obesity is rampant among the poor. Over-nourished poor...........

Herald Sun: Schools told to get tough on failures

Schools: You are now allowed to fail students who fail
